Title: Flex Wheeler trained pretty hard in mass construction

hmm im done with torrentz, im downloading at some other place now for 5 bucks a month, very fast downloads up to 800 kb/s, and good quality bly ray 720p

usually about 8mb/s though

In all fairness I questioning your intellect if you think that he is always training like that - wouldn't you go all out as well if you are getting filmed.

true he was doing 1300 pounds legpress, but hes actually doing full reps, not half reps like ron

Never understood why Norway is so far behind Sweden in download speed. We had bredbåndsfabrikken in certain areas but I think they dropped the norwegian market. Some smaller ones are coming though, hoping for some innovations in this area. Always been jealous of family in sweden whenever I'm there.

pick a weight you can bench for say four reps try half or three quarter repping it So u go all the way down touch your chest but don't lock out and u will see why ronnie trains like he does
