you might be dehyrated, but the thing is if you drink alot of water youll be cold like an icesickle. but water works wonders im wearing two pants two sweatshirts, because i want to drink atleast 2 gallons today. i woke up this morning and drank 64 ounces and got fucking cold as hell even though my thermostat was on 70!
this is why most fail on diets in the winter because you get freezing cold when you drink alot of water in the winter, thus most people dont do it and end up tired or too hungry, no one wants to double up on layers of clothing either
however i didnt have this probablem i dont think when i ate meat

just a lil cold from drinking water in a cold climate=epic chilly feelings
try drinking alot of water, you will have to wear one or two more layers of clothing

i think when your at 10 percent bodyfat in the winter, in order to keep going you have to keep drinking alot of water Right?
well even though im not that ripped the water drinking has a much bigger effect on my whole temparature. so i fake out the body by wearing more clothes in order to be ABLE to drink more water without freezing

just eat more fruit Johnny. make sure it's room temperature. you'll get more water that way, fruit is very high in water content.

thats why fatloss slows down in winter, we dont think about it , but we drink alot less water, we subliminally do this because we like to keep warm instead of drinking the right amount of water causing us to freeze and be cold

its best to eat around the clock to stay anabolic and drink tons of water like crazy
save the beer calories for when your not working out and chilling with a hoe, cause its cool to drink lots infront of hoes but not really a turn on for them to watch you eat a huge pizza and do pushups
its best to eat everything and train in spirts like once an hour and get 100 reps of pushups then the next hour get 100 reps of rows and so on, each 100 rep stint should take no more than 5-10 min

its best not to wonder around trying to motivate yourself to train after a set
sit down have a plenty drink of water and eat it will take an hour or less for your heart and senses to get to normal recouped before you can easily train again the next hour
when training is difficult you arent eating enough or drinking enough water

i think its best to only minimally hit legs , you want to save legs for your job and hanging with hoes IMO
just kill the upper body aim for x amount of reps with x weight daily

tonite was a good night fellas , posted on get big and got some pussy, im glad i didnt hit legs tonite, i only did one set of 20 for legs with 115 pounds just to make sure i had full leg joint movement but did a good amount of upper body and shitted my fair amount, if i wouldve hit legs harder i would possibly have been off balance while getting poon tang

Also most of us are more Sedatory in the fall/winter, summer we are always on the move burning Kilojoules and warming the body up from the core.

So what does the water do again? Makes you colder so you wanna wear more layers of clothing?
