Title: Green Living/Lifestyle/Architecture... The Venus Project
Post by: SAMSON123 on November 29, 2009, 08:19:54 PM
I saw this show on television about Green Living, new architecture, working with nature and thought it interesting. This guy has designed buildings, communities and even whole cities that work with nature, don't pollute and are amazing to look at. Many of them are built either right above the ocean or under neath (about 40 feet under), many built on land, but all built and made to be GREEN. I guess Al Gore did not see this and the GREEN movement will be glad to know something like this exists.

Take a look at the site. There is a photo gallery under the TECHNOLOGY section and all questions about how this new type of living will effect the earth, economy, politics, businesses control over industry etc. Maybe once this stuff is implemented we can all stop hearing about Carbon Footprints, Co2 gas, Ozone depletion and glacial melting. Above all there will be no need to sign pacts and treaties that will undermine the sovereignty of nations or put them under control of other nations of who no one really knows their intentions

Green living is very interesting. It's energy efficient, so there's economic incitements to get into it. And that's key I believe.

There are some amazing things being done with wind powered modular revolving buildings.

I'll attach a video when I come across it again.
