Title: Ethnic bodybuilding foods
Post by: calfzilla on November 30, 2009, 12:58:25 AM
Post foods that people of your ethnicity eat that are good for bodybuilding, yet many getbiggers may not be aware of them.

I enjoy the great Middle Eastern food known as Kafta Kabob    :P

Beef.  That dish looks more like steak, but the deli I go to get Kafta, it's more like hamburger.  Kinda like meat loaf if you are familiar with that.

Fried apples (the consistency of applesauce) , biscuits, sausage or ham and fried potatoes (home fries to some) and fish (salmon) cakes for breakfast...this I garantee will put you to sleep in notime, because it's a "heavy meal" .

Pinto beans and Chow Chow (a sweet and sour and spicy type of pickled relish from the South), this is supper. Along with con bread.

Cornbread (sweetbread), My granmother's recipe, and applesauce...Breakfast.

No offense on the pic on the dinner, in the Ssouth you can order those damn canes.

Africa is a tough country,
you need a lot of protein
to survive.

Venison steaks, sausages,
"blitong" what you would
call jerkey and droewors
"dried out sausage".

Lean and tasty.

I googled diet and training
advices, after the did
you mean training advice?

I stumbled upon this site
with its wealth of knowledge.

No need to google, I get
everything here now, from
tanning to investment advice.

Pity it took so long to get
my gimmick account
approved.
