Actually, I learned something from his was of doing upright rows. And I posted these not as a complaint, but because others had pointed it out before. I was waiting for someone, Onlyme, this time to chime in. Is form really that important?. People have complained about Ronnie Coleman's form, yet look sg the results (and injuries), is their a snob appeal for those who adhere to the perfct form crowd?

I get better results with better form
try heavy 90 degree squats, made a big difference for me, same with lesser rom on the legpress
legs still suck, but they suck less at least :D

Compared to my , Swedes and Parkers physique with Big Beef it Betils physique back then, it looks as if WE are doing it wrong... ;)

I dont necceraly think there is a "wrong" type or training.
training and form isnt 1+1 = 2
has alot more variables.

True that, then again what's wrong for one person might work very well for another.

How many Countless times havent we seen people training like retards but yet they look awesome, and most people think (wow, I wonder how amazing they would look if they did correct form) maby they already ARE hehe.
