Recommended cardio for bulking? I was thinking of either 4 days a week, 1/2 hr each day, or 3 days a week, 1 hr each day.

I usually do 2 to 3 days a week of High Intensity type cardio. I go all out for about 60 seconds every 3 minutes for a grand total of 10-12 minutes tops.
If I don't feel up to HIT cardio, I will just watch a movie online and do low intensity cardio for about an hour, but still only 2 or 3 times weekly. Since I don't have a problem over-eating I really don't have to rely on cardio too much to stay lean.
Just watch that low back fat. Don't let it get to thick to pinch. It's a bitch to get rid of... which is why I have stayed around 12-13% for the last 10 years or so.

i get depressed when bulking, so i have to do cardio to bring me back to normal.

I started doign 3x cardio a week, and I have a lot more energy on weight training days now. Also my appetite is stronger.
It's just 20 to 25 min of incline walking steep, or jogging. Big difference
