Title: Live music at it's best
Post by: Moen on December 02, 2009, 02:09:08 AM

Great song, great band, fabulous lyrics

If someone who never suffered from depression asks what it feels like, this is it

Life it seems will fade away
Drifting further every day
Getting lost within myself
Nothing matters, no one else

I have lost the will to live
Simply nothing more to give
There is nothing more for me
Need the end to set me free

Things not what they used to be
Missing one inside of me
Deathly lost, this can't be real
Cannot stand this hell I feel

Emptiness is filling me
To the point of agony
Growing darkness taking dawn
I was me but now he's gone

No one but me can save myself
But it's too late
Now I can't think
Think why I should even try

Yesterday seems as though
It never existed
Death greets me warm
Now I will just say goodbye

It's too bad Lars Ulrich is such a shitty drummer.

Well Hetfield is a lousy singer as well. Doesnt really matter, together they produce. It's no technicality contest.

It's too bad Cliff died,  they would actually listen to him when he told them they sucked.

Never liked them, but they have some ace songs...

Sounds cliche' as all hell but I love everything up to and including MOP.  The horrible drum sound and no bass on AJFA really was their downfall...

Although i pretty much agree, it's the unstoppable might of the seriously accessible black album which is pretty much the reason anyone still cares about them today. Were it not for that album probably half of us wouldn;t have heard of them and subsequently discovered the superior awesomeness of lightning and puppets. Funny old world.
