Title: Would you bet your life that todays trainin will mean bigger muscles tommorow?

i dont think many of you would

so quit fooling yourselfs

be a true conservative in the best sense of it, you will then learn some things

in other words, since many of you are difficult in every sense, if you can max bench 625 today do you think tommorrow u can do 626?

Are you saying the world needs to be more conservative in all aspects? Are things getting out of control?

muscles swelling up after a pump is merely a defense mechanism

you are always the weakest after a workout and at the point of a pump and thereafter

yes ive lived a life by finding what exactly i want and refusing excess

what i want is to be ripped and gettin pussy, money is not even on the list cause it coincides in the process of getting ripped (ex.staying mobile at work)

but now im tailoring my needs to just wanting one master hoe, but until then getting pussy is fine

you dont even gain a half pound of strength in a day not even a quater pound

even if you did gain a quater pound of strength that would mean like .01 pounds of muscle

seems like a wasteful process especially if one has fat to lose, and rippedness being the goal

you cant even gain a pound of muscle in 6 months without putting on 5 pounds of fat, it may have happend at one point in your life but not anymore, just chill out /cut down on eating/ watch the fat fall off, and PLENTY of water
