I was thinking about sending a box of Christmas cookies, or something to my old employer. They were great people, gave me a great job, but I only stayed with them for about a month.
How should I go about this? Should I just send a box with "To:" and "From:" on it, or should I add a little note? Any advice?
???

I would add a small note. Why did you leave? I would thank them for the opportunity and wish them success in the new year

Thank you, I'll do that! 8)

I found what I want to send on there, and they have free shipping, but do you know if I can include some kind of note with them? ???

Yes, you can...it's toward the end of the purchasing process on the website. You can also call if you prefer.
