Since pictures of neck get posted around here often lol, i thought it may be interesting to some. It looks like he took the right decision and got out of bodybuilding for a real job before it was too late, very wise move.

they say the bigger the neck the greater the chance for sleep apnea problems, not good.

a question for those in the know was bob gruskin gay his name is mentioned by a lot of east coast bodybuilders as a big aid to their careers? inquiring minds want to know.

Jeff King is another bodybuilder who has a thread about him pop up from time to time, along with threads on Victor Richards and Orville Burke as well as some others who are somewhat mysterious in that knowledge about them is a little scarce.
I believe Wes has been in contact with Jeff sometime in the past four years and has said that Jeff was in the process of earning a Ph.D.

If I could choose, I would rather have the MR. America title over any other title, even the Olympia. Has a more positive image and connotation than the others. It has an old school sensibility to it combined with old world masculinity and wholesomeness.

grushkin had a "eye"for tlent,aau nabba all of the mr america or jr america were his boys and all had incredible legs,builds,harrop,terra,pete miller,kutchuryak,de angelis,ect....

I'd like to see that
I was a senior in high school in 83/84 and remember Jeff King and Bob Paris were the top guys that year and both were about the same age 22 or 23 so of course I assumed I would look like them when I was 22 or 23.

He had a great physique on or off a bodybuilding stage. Could you imagine walking around looking like that? Around 5'11 and 230.

The old timer who owned my gym coached and trained with Bill Richardson in Leeds. He has great stories about him. He is working as a stripper in Amsterdam now I believe.

pretty much from 1971 to about 1991 mostly in the nabba mr britain and universe contests the last two years or so in the ifbb.
