I think I will start because I have that luxury and I want to drop a few pounds before I start school again in January. Plus I can eat while working, so no problem there. :)

About 45 min. That would be plenty of time for me to do a weight lifting workout. I would probably have to go heavier and only do 2 sets per exercise, but still better than sitting on my ass stuffing more food in my face.

Ya, we get about an hour but can go over a little. It's not a lot of time but if you plan before you get in there you can get in a decent lift.

Don't forget to shower.
Meh. I work mostly with guys, plus I hardly sweat at all. Unless I do cardio which I dont' plan on doing at work. 45 min of weights should be cool, but if needed then yes there is a shower. :)

Falcon trains through during breakfast, lunch and dinner best I understand.

Also once I get in better shape again, I can wear sleeveless shirts during my workout to be an even bigger attn whore than I already am. ;D Maybe even make some of my female co-workers wet in their panites....probably not though. :(

Thats still not enough time for me. I dont know about your work environment, can you get a quick nap? can you have a 5 min lunch and leave early? 45 is nothing for workout, specially i like to shower after the gym

Stimulate, not necessarily ANHIALATE! you can get a "decent" workout in 30 mins. Sure you cant pyramid up your bench press, spend 3 mins between sets psyching yourself up, , but you can deffiantely get a "quick decent" workout in 30 mins ( leaving 15 mins for shower etc).
Personally, i'd like a lil more time for my gym, if i had 30 mins in the gym i'll just do cardio

True just Like Lee Haney always said. Plus like I said, it's better than sitting on ones ass eating more food. :P

I never lift weights more than 25 minutes.

It helps if you can eat anytime on the job, that way you can still get in all your meals and then dedicate the whole lunch hour to get in whatever type of workout you can. Granted it's not the best amount of time to get in a lift, but its something. What helps at my job is that now they've also started spin classes at given times during the week. This kind of helps because then there aren't as many people using the gym and you can get to whatever equipment you like.
