whats up guys.  4 weeks into my cycle.  getting lil gyno.  How much nolva should i take a day and how long to run it.

I have 40mg nolva on hand.

im not sure, otehr can answer this better, but i think 40 mg is very low. did you mean you have bunch of 40mg tabs? or 40mg of Nolva in general?

if im correct you should start running Nolva 20mg ED till end of cycle

10-20mg ed for gyno. You can get away with a lot less than you might think. 20mg ed is enough for PCT, so 10-20 should be sufficient depending on the person. Personally I would run an AI like adex. Get rid of the estrogen

I agree. Legit nolva is sufficient at 20mg ED. But it does lower IGF-1, is a possible carcinogen and has some other side affects that are asymptomatic and not usually discussed. I used to down nolva like it was going out of style but the truth of the matter is.... the stuff you're taking is either bunk or you need a more aggressive strategy for combating gyno.

Exactly Dustin! I posted a sticky in the top of this forum of the problems associated with nolvadex.

If gyno is poping up then as 4th said i would prefer the AI, Letro seems ot combat gyno pretty well.

10-20 mg nolva is a good dose as mentioned already also.

You say you have 40mg nolva?  What does that mean?  If you only have a total of 40mg you will need lots more. get 100 20mg tabs.

I take 20mg nolva a day, and that took care it for me. I haven't tried to take less.

 have 40mg tabs. And alot of them on hand. Don't have any arimedex.  Every time I take deca I get it. Only reason y I hate deca but love what it does for me and my joints.

I'm only on 400 mg of deca per wk. On 30mg dbol Ed. Have two more weeks of that left
