According to this lot who put an ad in the Washington Post he is...would rather him than Gordon Fucking Brown tbh.

Yep, he's a Brit. The only reason to see the birth certificate is to verify the babydaddy - make sure it's not Malcolm or Frank, but is indeed the British Subject BO, Sr.
