I was reading and researching online, and some say that becuase endomorphs tend to be powerful with short bursts, but their muscle tires quickly (around 5 reps) then they should train with higher reps. Somewhere like 10-25. What are your advices on this?

I'm an endomorph. I'm not an explosive lifter but I do box squats and concentric only movements to help with that.
There's probably truth to it I fucking hate high reps. I love eating though...

I also hate high reps. They just burn really bad and I feel like I lose tons of strength after a certain small number of reps, even if the weight is lite.

I would say i am more endomorph, i stay as lean as possible but never able to be ripped like some i see and i was always very strong at the basic movements.
I train very few sets as it's all i need, reps do not matter as long as i hit failure, i change it all the time.
When i was younger i did lower reps around 6 but i did get strong enough that those weights were a little scary in terms of hurting something so i have stuck with 10-12 since then.
