Haha waaaay too extreme shoot.  Come on now.  Regulate every aspect of American life my foot.  If you fu*k up the environment you pay more than if you don't but you can trade with the greener companies to offset your fu*king up of said environment.  It's a simple thing that no one seems to be getting.  I personally don't think a trade system should be in place.  There should be caps and that's that.  But from an economic perspective the trade does add a financial reason for companies to go green and allows other companies to offset whilst they adjust to new cap levels.

There are NO GREEN JOBS there is and never will be a green economy.Its simply another hoax.They have tried this elsewhere its a FAILURE!!
