any message that is stored on some computer out on the internet can be viewed by the systems administrators of that computer.   the IP address of who sent it is also available.

LOL,  NO SHIT..I  have news for you... the admin/sysadmin of ANY site can read ANYTHING on the system he wants, anyone running ANY vbulletin software has access to EVERYBODY's PM'S...what did you all think!?! they're encrypted with blowfish and hidden from the admin!? LOLOL
