cuz the human body was not meant to lift that extreme weight...its dangerous on your tendons and will ultimately lead to u getting injured-dont be a drama llama-be safe-lift w your muscles not ego

so how much weight do the bands take off the bar?  and why not just lighten up the bar and bench
