Title: i left my intra workout supp jug in the locker room

has this ever happened to u guys?
on fri i was at the gym and i must have left my intra workout drink powder jug sitting in the locker room and left without it

45 bucks down the drain

I know how you feel:  Sometimes i forget to take my post-workout shake before i shower...

I know I'm missing that fleeting anabolic window.
