Go to 2:37 walking with his girl then it goes into arm training. I always wanting to look like he did in the black top while he's walking.

Nope, He didn't start till around 98-99. This vid was shot a few days after the 96 Mr. O. As a matter of fact in one of the chest clips of this vid, he has a gut, hmmm from what.

You did see the leg press and the 405 bench right? Wouldn't call it light weight, unless you are Ronnie Coleman,and this vid he was quite intense.
