Title: Dennis James on motivation [Clip]
Post by: Rossella on December 10, 2009, 07:02:33 AM
It makes me think of the Arnold's strategies of motivation. "Images" have always played a - major - role - now and then. Back then it was the mind's eye ("biceps as mountain peaks" visualized by words or thoughts), today it is pictures and dvds all over the Net.
What's your opinion?

dennis had good phyque as amateur then he ruined it and got a belly. belly disqualifies his physique in the instant. legs not good..ab structure terrible =destruction of physique. he should have stopped his weight at 230 MAX and also taken more time to get to that weight.
