Hey,
Anyone had or have Tennis elbow. I have it, a sharp pain in forearm to outside of elbow, when squeezing, pulling ( rows, chins), curls and basically anything aggrevates. Had 1 cortisone shot 3monts ago , but injury has come back. I Ice it and massage every night but nothing. Any one know of exercises / remedies.
Thanks

Try warming up and stretching before exercising and try strengthening exercises with light hand weights. With your elbow cocked and your palm down, repeatedly bend your wrist.
