Margaret Kirkland (114) squatted an all-time record on Saturday at the APF Southern States in Jacksonville, Florida. Kirkland squatted 518 pounds to overtake the former mark of 512 pounds by Russia's Olesia Lafina.
Kirkland was just 11 pounds off Lafina's all-time total record. Her 1,146 pound total ranks her first on the Lifter Rankings. It included a 231 pound bench press and 396 pound deadlift.
Pretty dang impressive!!

Looked a bit high. Impressive weight on a 114lb womans back though.

High as a kite.
Strong guy. But anyone telling her that squat was good is just doing her a disservice.

nice good morning/standing calf raise......i refuse to call the act she attempted a squat.
i don't really blame her. i blame the judges, they screwed the previous record holder out of a world record for this?

MONOLIFT-check
WRAPPED LIKE A TACCO-check
HALF SQUAT-check
NOISY SPOTTER-check
WPO STYLE... :-\
You can't say it's a record, making a comparaison between an ipf squat and a wpo squat is like making a comparaison between tai chi and mma.
ipf squat is the real stuff.
Claiming it's a record is bullshit.
