Have been dieting for 2 month now - tried to be pretty strikt and apart from one or two days I followed through, my diet consist most of fish and olive oil (self made salad dressing with the best olive oil and balsamico) and rice and pasta.
Its possibly as satisfying to see your fat shrink as to see your muscles grow.
Now the hard part - I think I have reached a platau which I have to break through - I will mix up my food for next week - from fish to chicken and turkey and follow through with that for another month - christmas time will be dangerous.

great going. I am following a diet too, but it's not very restrictive. The biggest PIA is washing and packing containers and food to bring to work

Good stuff Stark - I'm cleaning up my diet over the Christmas period too - went out on Friday night, ate like a pig and got stinking drunk so all the crap is now out of my system and I can move on - been stocking up on brown rice, chicken, oatmeal etc and I've got a big 5kg tub of whey protein on the way. 8)

The fish was awesome - I am a great believe in keeping things simple - I mostly trip and fall when I ahve to do too much in the morning.. Excample: The last two month i come home in the morning from my workout and I ahve 20-30 min before I drive my wife to work... thats enough for the three S int he morning which are Shit Shower and Shave, then due to time restriction i blend 50g oats, Protein 2 scoops and water and down that.
But the most uncomplicated thing is - the fish I eat is samon 2 small samon steaks which are prepacked and frozen so all I need to do is fill the shaker up with my protein powder for my 4 meal then grab the fish from the freezer and I am good to go - I buy rice from the company canteen for 1.50 already cooked and ready to go.
I have to find an equal easy way for my chicken to continue.

another thing you may want to consider to get over your plateau is to change the type of cardio you do
switch from "slow steady paced cardio" to "HITT"

you could also switch to a less fatty fish like tilapia,flounder

Rice and pasta = sugar, you would of dropped another 10 lbs without this lousy food.
eat dark green veggies and some occasionally some quality bread.
Fruit is wonderful with the sugar in it neutralized by the fiber that is present, nature takes care of that little gem.

yep did that - changed it since last week from everyday HIIT to one day HIIT the next 30 day slow
