Its probably a short list but I'd like all the exercises you can spot yourself on. I'll start
Cable One Arm Tricep Extension
I like to end my triceps day with that exercise. I pick a weight that I can only do 12 with. Once I reach failure I take my other hand and put two finger tips on the little black ball and start spotting myself going to at least 20. The burn by that time feels great.

Dyslexic: absolute truth.
Can also spot yourself when doing chins & dips. Having a stool, box, etc near by to put your foot/feet on for extra assist. Tricep push backs/push offs may be the ultimate self spotting method. Good Luck.
