Yeah, that's what happens when these congress people go on shows and can't answer basic questions.

I think the fact that the congress is exempting themselves from the healthcare bill speaks to it more than anything else.

i still dont understand where or how Congress or the President gets the authority on the Federal level to mandate people buy a private product from a private corporation under the threat of fine and penalty.

IDK, but you lawyers are pretty slick so I'm sure there will be some justification.
