Title: Running in a small gymnasium
Post by: calfzilla on December 18, 2009, 08:56:57 PM
Say you had access to run in a small gymnasium, ie the size of a middle school basketball court, would you run in "circles" (squares I guess), or would you run the length of it, stop, turn around and just keep running back and forth?

Don't worry about it.  I'm sure your meds will counter balance any and all effects of running.

Run sprints, jump rope, actually play basketball. Intensity, baby.

Running is more of a black thing.. I'm a take up hockey and skate around in squares as opposed to circles.
