thats not even a bench,,, it's a bunch of stacked plastic "step ups" from the cardio/dance step upercise whatever...  all that weight,,, even if it is a smith machine and no one had any sense to use a real bench... lololol

this just highlights the point that you should never get into a discussion about "how much you lift", It is a total waste of time.

I usually respond by saying that "I don't lift, I just wear a tapout tshirt and shadow box in the corner, but the key is to drink the post work out shake in the hypertrophy time window"
