When I started working out 4 or 5 years ago, I literally had 0 latissimus dorsi.
I'm proud to let you all know, that today my rowing strength would absolutely blow your minds.

What are you rowing RP? A boat or barbells/db's? Or maybe a chubby chick tell us more.

I think my gym goes up to 130 or 150 pounds dumbells, and I do those for a pretty easy 10 on rows,
and I started with nothing of anything,
and a little less nothing now lol.

What I do, is lay a big fat milf down on the gym floor. I put two large belts around her neck and ankles. I than slide a barbell through the belts. Hillbilly Rows

TA was suppose to do a deadlift set of 225 lbs for 112 reps or something like that without stopping and was gonna post the vid to prove it. I'd have to say 150lb DB row is a lot of weight, I think we'd have to see proof to believe that.

Don't worry, with a couple of cycles I'm sure someday you'll be rowing the weights that aren't pink.
