Title: Need to get oats into my diet

Can I just add them to my skim milk raw with my protein mix in the morning?  What do you guys do with them?

Why not?  Every morning I throw the following into the blender:

2 scoops whey protein
1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal
1tbsp wheat germ
1tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp creatine
2 tbsp of plain yogurt
and a few ice cubes
amount of milk varies, sometimes i just use water

try a bowl of oatmeal with honey, walnuts, raisins, and bananas....I guarantee you that you will be energized for the entire day and you won't be hungry...I have actually forgotten to eat lunch Ihave had so much energy...drink a glas of orange juice with it....you'll feel awesome and your workouts will be great as well
