he shouldn't take the fight - Alex is known to knock out dudes much bigger and stronger than him

Doubt the stronger part.

Doubt the stronger part.

Match up against James Thompson comes to mind. Thompson definitely seems bigger and stronger.. but of course you never know. Are you aware of Alex's strength? Feel free to post if you do

Thought that you meant he ( Alex ) has KO'd stronger opponents than Pudski.
And since Pudzianovski is multiple World Strongest Man, I doubted it.

And only the strenght part. Nothing about skills, stamina etc.

Alex should be too much to handle for Pudzi.

But perhaps it's better to get beaten up thoroughly at an early stage rather than to be protected like Bisping was.

Pudzi will get a proper wake up call, if he has any delusions of grandeur.

I still like Pudzianowski's chances later on, against heavies in the UFC.

This is a baaaaaaad fight.. Aleks will annihilate Marius... the guy just doesn't have enough experience to be going up against someone at that level...he's had 1 pro fight...WTF is he thinking ?!?

that's like a grade 8 kid on the basketball team calling out Kobe.. LOL

I think a good next fight for him would be someone like Gary Goodridge

Mariusz will no doubt be on atleast 10 grams of test + halos and loads of GH for this one.

People were saying exactly the same thing before Mariusz first fight... "any pro boxer can anihilate Mariusz... strenght is not everything"... well what we saw is that Marius is deceptively fast for his size and has very good athleticism... I think that he has chances to beat Alexander... also Mariusz is not a quiter he has a strong mentality!

Basically it's all a guessing game. That first fight didn't really indicate enough. Will just have to wait and see how he does against a seasoned vet. I would like him to do well. He is an impressive fucker.

I don't think he should go striaght to Alex, it would be smarter short term and in the long run, build up his credibility with guys like Goodridge, Sapp, Thompson, Etc. Gives him some experience and people will take him more seriously. If he get's through 1-2 of them, then give him Alex, if he passes that, then let him have who ever. That first fight didn't prove anything but we already knew, he has very little skills and a whole lot of strength.

Aleksander is ranked right around 10th in the world.. Mariusz isn't even on the map, he would be a fool to fight Aleksander, he doesn't have the experience yet... he should get a few no-names under his belt first.

Bad matchup for Pudz.  I don't think fighting Aleks is a good thing for him right now.

with 18 months dedicated training with a top trainer any normal person can hold there own in the ring with a pro (not a top ten fighter of course).  take 1 normal person and replace him with the world strongest man.

Too soon to be fighting alex but not too soon to be fighting seasoned pros say vitor belfort, cro cop level

I'm sure he would do well against some bottom tier ufc heavyweights , but Alex is a seasoned vet... with only one mma fight under his belt, Mariusz should really get some ring experience first, esp. with against well rounded guys before taking on a a top 10 guy like Alex.
