on fucking leg day, had a very insane loud fart while leg pressing this week when there was a shitload of people including girls, second time this had happened to me last time was squats like 6 months ago. I fucking hate this but when it happen the moment stress you get i guess it raise your adrenaline cause each time I like double the reps on the set i was doing
but anyway fuck that now i only train legs at 4am when there is no one there im serious this shit sucks who else had this happened to him

If pressing & farting give you good results I don't see a reason to change this routine

It happens to me on the leg press for some reason. I didn't think anyone noticed and I ripped one and one guy said something and my workout partner said yeah he farts all the time when he does leg press, I laughed my ass off. It doesn't happen on squats, just leg press.

happened to me on legpress also once, then again my stomach was hurting that day lol.

Take a dump before the legworkout. That's the only thing that works.

What would happen when your neighbor is doing some deep squats with 4 or more plates each side?

It's happened to me during the leg press and I think I let one go during a set of deadlift's. It never fails on leg day as I'm walking out the door to go to the gym a bullet will drop into the chamber. Better that then have to step foot into the bathroom at balley's.

Yes workout at 4:00am is the way to go...

one time the hardcore 60yr old man wanted to do legs with us and I do ass in the grass squats so we got to 315 and I did 15reps
well 60yr old man did about 5 reps then lets out this humungo fart at the bottom of his 5th rep -- racks it then sits down
well we get to doing ham curls after leg press and all we see is a huge paint stain on his ass but it was paint - he blew his asshole out
anal prolapse - he squats with no more than 185 these day I kid you not
tuck your asshole in cause if it falls out your done on squats

Like a sucking dumbass last week I hadn't eaten all day and it was leg day so I decided to throw down two McRibs (BTW the McRib is Back 8) ;D) and a small fry...I went to the gym not 30 min later and my stomach was all fucked up cause I'm not used to eating that crap. I took two dumps, my stomach as cramping up and I was farting from hell...I barely finished the workout. :-X What did it was A Drop set with 9 plates on each side. 12 reps, take of a plate 12 reps take off 2, and so on until 2 plates of left. I wanted to die...

I fart on squats and deadlifts every week, what's the problem ???
