Can u also ask shelby why he chooses to inject fast acting hormones into his delts and biceps, and if he thinks that the site injections hurt his placings when he competes?

Jon Hotten is going to rock. This guy's book is one of the best kept secrets in BBing! I had never heard of him or this book till Millard Baker gave me a copy! After reading it I knew I HAD to have him on! If you like behind the scenes BBing stories from Arnold to Dorian, you are going to love this guy and his book!

Aaron, sorry i cant quote, but in response to your reply, its gonna take alot for me to feel differently about this guy or any other bb'er for that matter.
They're all the same, liars, scammers, cheaters, drug dealers/addicts, g4p'ers, egomaniacs pretty much the bottom of the barrel.

Common misconception Aaron........I have a real job, have never scammed anyone out of cash, or never dealt a drug, the only thing i have in common with a bb'er is that i lift weights and eat alot of chicken and rice.
Also i post on getbig, thats something most bb'ers are scared to do since they have no protection on here.

The tale of two bodybuilders: Arnold vs Andreas Munzer was a good (sub)plot. Hotten had great access to the scene in the 90s. I thought the book would have been much more popular in the bodybuilding community but I don't think it was marketed well.

Newsflash: Bodybuilders DON'T read. Go ahead. Ask Chris Cormier what the last book he read was. Or King Salami. Or Flex Wheeler. Or Ronnie Coleman. Etc. However, ask what the last videogame they played was, which movie they last saw or what the last pair of rims they bought was and surely you will get an answer that doesn't begin with Dr. Seuss.

His arms are nonexistent...and this guy is some sort of guru? I wouldn't give this guy a taste of my protein shake for racking my weights.
I remember he was one of Troponin's nut huggers on Mayhem a while back...then he branched off into his own thing. I think all the ass kissing and patronizing from musclemayhem got to his head a little too much.

I'm working on getting Billy on the show, but he has a serious beef with Palumbo and Rx in general, so he might not be willing to come on.

Just to let your know, It'll be awhile before I'll have time to do another show. Too many projects right now and January is the busiest month for fitness but I'll keep listening in

I HAVE to ask about the glasses...
More guys who get below 8% bodyfat who consider wearing glasses...Esp. if they tan heavily...The eyes are the first thing to show aging...And some of these bodybuilders livers are so taxed, the whites of the eyes are a nice hazy shade of yellow...
