was a little jacked up today. felt great. almost 53 years old. heres what i did. what do you think??
seated dumbell shoulder presses:
60 for 10
60 for 10
70 for two sets of 10
90 for two sets of 10
110 for three sets of 10
95 for three sets of 10 super setted with 80 pound barbell front raises.
upright rows for 6 sets up to 245 on smith machine.
took 45 minutes to finish the workout, could barely get to my car. judochoke

Lucky bastard, I have to go to mine and fiancee's house for xmas dinners, respectively today and tomorrow... don't know when I will get training in, but at least I won't miss my precious window of 'protein' oppoprtunity.

I did shoulders as well today, 1 hour and 45 mins! Blasted them and they are soooooooooore! Nice lifts bro!
