I think it's time to get keith jones out of time-out ron...
I want him posting again, for the new year..
i wonder how his diet is going, hopefully it's going well..

I like the guys posts and he has had good size in his pics but i have never seen a pic with near low BF. Always carrying way too much, which is fine if you want to look bigger because to drop that shit you lose significant size.
