And I am already bored out of my mind. I don't do the whole Christmas/family thing. Stupid gym is closed. I would go out to get something to eat but I will just get pissed at everything being closed. There is always drinking whiskey in a bar all day, but I haven't drank in about 10 months and don't want to start again yet. I hate teh "Holidays."

Been going well except for yesterday and today because the gym is closed. I'm not all the way into "diet mode" but I have cleaned it up much and am really jacked about lifting again.

I guess we all know which option I went with today. As I mentioned in the other holiday thread the roads are fucked right now though........which really just means I couldn't go pick up any lube. lol ;D

True, but all I can do is go for a hike or walk or something. I want to lift weights damnit! But actually I remembered I can just workout at the gym at work instead. Not as good as my normal gym, but better than nothing.

Flip traton tire, pull sleds, load a wheelbarrel and push it, carry heavy kegs, PUSH AND PULL YOUR CAR OR TRUCK. Those examples are 100x's better than training in a gym and will get you hell of a lot stronger and leaner quicker.
