Title: I Need Some Lifting Advice.

My buddies are trying to persuade me to get huge.  I like to maintain a lean ripped look like Brad Pitt in Fight Club, Bruce Lee, etc.  I think it helps me to keep up the pace of giving a good pounding to two or three broads a day.  Chicks just really go nuts for the 10 pack and I know if I were to bring the arms up to 20" I would probably go down to a 6 pack and while that may be desirable to many out here it is too much bodyfat for my higher standards.  But then again it would be cool to do some heavy lifting and get enormous.  I'm wicked confused about all this...

this girl told me once that some girls prefer cut abs but others prefer big arms and chest so either way it shouldnt hurt your love life i wouldnt think according to her that is of course

this is the problem....girls do not know what they want....it is up to a man to tell them what they want!!!

I say get as huge as you can. Life is too short to be small. A certain amount of sex is anabolic, great for fatburning, good for the prostate, and good for the heart. It's my favorite cardio.

But it sounds like you're probably having too much sex with too many broads. 2-3 chicks in one day 1-2 days a week is ok. But you're doing it every day. I know from past experience that's it's very distracting from dealmaking and training... very stressful mentally and physically to wine, dine, and lay 2-3 new broads every day week in, week out. That's 14-21 broads a week, maybe over a thousand different broads in a good year.

You're probably in a very catabolic state, which is why your bodyfat is so low, and you are not yet "huge". You're also putting yourself at greater risk for "drama", stds, financial issues, etc.

If you cut back a little on the skirt chasing, eat more, drink more shakes, up the dosage, and lift heavier, you'll get quite a bit bigger right away. You'll also be able to focus more on career and business opportunities and making the big bucks. Don't let anyone kid you - businessmen respect Brawn as well as Brains - good luck Bro!

I sure as hell ain't talkin' marriage either. But have you ever had a one-night-stand stalk you? Or file a paternity suit against you? Or otherwise make shit up? And you'd be amazed at the creative ways leeches can add themselves to your bar tab if you're not careful.

very lean but a little small vs. lean and big.. you will always have this inner conflict ;D

For a while I would go through phases, sometiems I wanna stay lean and ripped other times I wanna blow up and get bigger and stronger (and fatter :-/ )

After somee time of staying lean and attempting to stay lean for extended periods (not during pre-contest) I found that I just prefer being bigger and heavier, around 220-230, I see I make better gains in the gym and with the weights I'm pushing..... plus I'm in a better mood cause I'm eating shitty food at times without having to worry about my abs lol

Forget what your friends say, just do what makes you happy!  maybe try something new if you haven't for a while and see how that makes you feel!

Thanks. One more thing I found to be helpful is to always drink a large protein shake immediately after each shagging, before even bothering to pull the condom off. I have a shake on the nightstand that I chug down while I'm walking to the toilet to flush the rubber. This will help fight off catabolism and keep you anabolic.
