Title: December 26 gym re-opening workouts
Post by: calfzilla on December 26, 2009, 10:21:42 PM
Talk about your first workout that you did when your gym opened after the Christmas closure.

Mine:  Did biceps and chest FST-7 style.  Felt totally spent.  Hoping to get some good muscle growth out of this.   ;D  Did not do any cardio due to time constraints.  Although my left elbow pain is coming back a little.   :(

I incorporate elements from both dc and westside. I know, it doesn't make any fucking sense but I've continued to make solid gains in both strength and size so obviously It works for me.

box squats
regular olympic stance squats
concentric zercher squats
seated leg curls
glute ham raise
ab machine
ez bar curls
hammer curls
preacher curls

Tomorrow is Monday so i will go back to the gym then. Have been doing push/legs/pull for a while, so will go back to a 4 day split. Might try and throw in 20mins or so on the eliptical a few times a week as well.
