FOOL... Vets in america are treated less than dirt by the same government they uphold so dear (something I do not understand). While he is angry (for whatever reason) at the Mexicans who have done nothing to him, be dare not vent his anger at the government that essentially threw him to the side like a dirty rag after the Vietnam (ILLEGAL) war. Looks like a case of MISDIRECTED anger/rage.

LOL, you guys keep trying to turn this into what the government did or did not do to that guy, plain fact of the matter is he served and fought for this country and it is an insult to him and all other vets as well as against the law to fly that beener flag over the American flag.

Shouldn't it be illegal in the US to fly a foreign country's flag on American soil? Isn't that what an invading army would do, take down the American flag and fly their own?
By the way, for those who say these Mexicans should go home, what for? As soon as they go home, Tyson and the other poultry, beef and pork corporations will bring them right back, by the bus loads. And the US government allows this.

Unfortunately, your legal system protects that Mexican man more than it protects that war veteran. What the war veteran did was vandalize and steal property that belongs to somebody else. That Mexican man could press charges if he wanted to.
