He wasn't UNDER 4 feet :D But was pretty damn short, maybe 5'0

I agree with 5' 8" , with perhaps a lean 200 lbs being a top weight at that height. Add maybe 7-10lbs for every inch over that height, subtract the same for every inch under. I'm speaking from a pleasing to the eye look, not a beefed out freak look.

The majority of good bodybuilders are under 5'10. 5'6 - 5'8 is prob the average. Guys 5'10+ have a fuk of a time putting on mass to fill out their frame hence the reason you rarely see pro's over 6 feet.

Yes, the guys 5'9, 5'10ish are probably the best height for building if you consider structure, symmetry, aesthetics with mass. Shorter guys look too compact although pound for pound many of them out-muscle the taller guys. If you look at the Mr. O history, almost all of them are about 5'9-5'10 with the exception of Dex, Zane etc.

I'm 6 foot and it can be a pain when it comes to putting on mass for my frame, but I'm happy where I'm at and how I look, wouldn't change a thing ;)

Well I'm 5ft 9 1/2 and competed at 210. Currently 235.
Used to be plenty of short arsed geezers under 5fr 4 who would compete against me in Mr Scotland but I usually won. A wee #### called Wiff Mccann nearly beat me at NABBA Mr Scotland 1982 and he was 5ft 2 with typical dwarfist features. Thankfully I beat him for the overall title and the fact that my Dad was a judge made no difference.
