i had a mixed green salad with a garlic and mustard dressing, green beans with toasted almonds and citrus dust, and roasted potatoes with parsley (hey it's green!)

Looks like a crown rib roast.
Isn't a crown rib roast a "prime rib roast" turned inside out? Or was that pork?

this one was pork.  it is super tasty, I made a marinade of oregano, basil, taragon, shallots, salt, black pepper and olive oil.

ahem NO!  I told her that we didn't need anything lol.

I had chopped eggs for it to.  i only really like sushi salmon and smoked salmon.  I can sometimes do grilled salmon but rarely.
