Me too. I start my back workout with 50 reps. Sometimes it takes less sets; sometimes more. Depends how much, uh, 'food' I ate over the weekend.   8)

haha I do at least one set every time I go to the gym

Right. No way I could do 50 in one shot. I think my max was 20-21, but that was when I was way lighter.

Falcon is probably up to around 500 reps a day now since he is timeout.

The muscle ups using rings rather than a bar you see on the cross-fit videos look pretty ninja.

I'm starting a variation of the 100 press up programme, but my aim is 30 quality pull ups.
