The last pic I saw of Milos he looked fantastic , shredded legs etc , well conditioned for a guy who hasnt competed in a while.

LOL! I'm sure there's a lot fine tuning Milos has to do to be stage ready but his "gut" isn't one of them.

lol......yes, we will finally learn of one of his arm routine where he gets a pump before even curling any weights. I guess he calls it "mind over muscle" connection
