I was recently on his website and noticed that at night he takes his ZMA with calcium! Calcium interferes with the absorption of ZMA. Someone needs to make him aware of this to ensure he wins another Sandow in 2010.

Simply walk away. Even if he is deserving of another Sandow, well, they won't give it to him. Arguably got one gift.

I would hate to see someone like Jay screw up his body and leave like Coleman. Go out while on Top. ;D Kerry has been with him the whole time and i believe she said that it is, "Their time". Kerry has waited for years and Jay has it made, why not go out on top! Jay owns property and Kerry is a anaesthesiologist.... 8)

It's a relief to know I'm not the only one. I just tell him to up the dosage everytime...and so far it has worked.
