Watching the first video made me think of something I said about posing. Your style of posing doesn't change, the way you hit your shots is already well ingrained when you step on stage the first time. The signature shots have been chosen, etc. That's why it's generally useless to give posing tips to a bb, especially a pro. Just look at Yates posing in 86... pretty much identical to the time of his O wins.

I agree with this. Either you have the artistic ability to pose good or you don't.

i agree 10000% there is a slight change to improve though... but your every pose will be hit the same way as from the start.

all of these rare vids are on the blood and guts dvd. the split in the chest was cramping.

no they are not on the B&G dvd!!.. I have it and it only shows few seconds of each of them!!..

gary taylor and his 8 pack looked awsome in 2nd place on the 88 vid too, top strong man, would have like to see where he'd of went if he stuck with bodybuilding tho...


dorians condition there totaly crushes any of the current crop of pros today...

yes they are on the vid, first part is blood and guts. second part is out takes from a "week in the dungeon" and the third part is all of Yates competition posing. i bought it directly from Yates.

i am sure you are right, i guessed so by the way because i downloaded the version i have from the net for free and it includes his training only ;D
