OK, so bulking season is over for me...I am now on a ketogenic diet..6 straight days of zero carbs, followed by a one day carb up. This is the only diet where i get epic fail-con leans.
What are some food ideas that can help you out during this time...
My problem is I'm bored to death of this diet?

Follow the Obama diet. Give a rich person's credit card to a welfare mom and let her order anything off the menu at Sparks Steakhouse.
Or the Bush diet... walk into a restaurant, declare a foreign patron is a threat, invade his table and take his food.
They're not all that different.

Stuff I've been eating
Red bull sugar free
eggs, bacon, sausage, tuna, chicken, steak, shrimp, pork-chops, Octopus, squid, calamri
Only spinanch, lettuce, olives, right now
peanuts, walnuts, and several others
I just need some new ideas

well ketoginec diets with high fat suck compared to low fat lwo carb diets with often influxes of carbs... you can do your ketogenic diet without eating the fatty foods... you dont ned to eat fat when going low carb... besides your baseline essential fat needs, any extra fat just serves to be used inplace of body fat. why would you give your body fat to burn when yoru trying to burn the fat youve already got? but you need occasional carbohydrate feedings to keep yoru metabolism workign properly

after his morning dose of frosted shredded wheat and drops big 'tbombz' in the toilet
feels lean for about 1.3 hours then the influx of carbs comes and stops him up again

I was the one who told you about Dan" Duchaine and the bodyOpus book. After that point you proceeded to go get his books, and became obsessed with low carbs. A few weeks after contacting me you were preaching to others to avoid tooth paste

that was one of my accounts that died in time-out
whil at one point i was preaching low carb high fat and spouting off alot of rediculous things, the tooth paste thing was out of context and misrepresented by dave/squadfather/sarcasm. someone in a thread said that "no one can possibly go zero carb because even toothpaste has sugar in it"(or something along those lines).. and i replied "well if you really want to be that anal about carbs, then you could just skip brushing your teeth".... that is what i said, nothing else. Dave was just being his usual self and tryin to get a laugh anywhere he could.

The only reason to go keto is convenience (if you think carbs will make you break your diet). IMO you can get just as lean with any other diet with enough protein.

Tbombz suggests a low carb toothpaste. As any excessive brushing may cause you to spill over, rinse and repeat.

check out this dressing, delicious and zero carbs, you can eat brocoli and celery all day long with this stuff

i started keto diet too, today. zero carb craving so far, ate 2700cal of beef, eggs,sausage,bacon,protein shake,flaxseed oil,brocoli,celery and cheese,,and going to until getting epic leans :D

I think i dieted for 18 weeks total and the last 14 were keto. But the last 4 or so weeks it was changing all the time.
