While he looks to have "small pecs" in that shot, the original comment of "pecs minor" I think was not referring to overall size of the Terry's pectorals, but more so that he's lacking in an upper chest- the pectoral minor hence the name/quote called out.
He was also in "Longest Yard" with Adam Sandler, as "Cheeseburger Eddie" or something, as well as starring in "Everybody Hates Chris" about Chris Rocks childhood, alongside Tichina Arnold.

This is so. He looks like a big strong dude but doesn't have an appealing build. Some guys are going for big and blocky tho and I rarely argue with them face to face. ;)

He is as ripped as his photos show. There has been plenty of videos of him on TV ripped as hell. They had a segment on Access Hollywood a couple weeks ago with him in a pool and he is ripped for real. he has been since high school. His photos might be shopped but if anything just colorization.
