Have you used creatine monohydrate before?  What were the results?

Yes I've used creatine mono before (powder form) but I heard that liquid form is far more superior than conventional powder form. I knew a friend that had taken DIMAXX Muscle Creatine + before and had great results. Plus no need for front loading with the serum. ;D

There's no need to "front load" with creatine powder either..  I don't see how this creatine monohydrate + sugar product will yield any better results than anything else you've used.  It's your money. :-\

BTW ~ the jury is out on liquid creatine being stable with more leaning towards it's not.

I didnt even click on the link. if you want creatine. buy regular creatine monohydrate powder. cheap and actually has science to back it up (although some people are non responders)

Yes creatine is not supposed to be stable for very long when suspended in liquid form.

Even if it was this product is $45 for 500mg and 50 servings.  Thats a lot of money for 25 grams of creatine.

Here ya go:

2000 grams and you save 5 bucks!

i hear thats a good one,,,creatine to a point has benefits ,,miracle training aid imo only the first time used,,,good to cycle on/off,if ur eating more and getting stronger hard to tell if the calorie increase or creatine or both are doing the trick,i guess it can't hurt.
