I wonder if she likes smoked sausage. Anyways. I just don't get this healthy pancake crap. Eating a real pancake once in a while won't kill you. Sometimes fitness ladies are wayyyy too obsessive.

She made some for me. They were better than a "real" one. And I'm picky. This chick went to a $100,000 school for a degree to make good food. Trust me, she knows food.

I don't think that's the point. :-* It's about getting the protein VARIETY which is helpful when dieting ;)
