Two weeks to go to California's largest Bodybuilding and Fitness Event: The Bodybuilding.com Los Angeles Fitness Expo presented by Gaspari Nutrition and Pro Fight Supplements coming to The Los Angeles Convention Center on January 23-24, 2010. For bodybuilding fans we'll have over 250 exhibits of interest filled with the latest in supplements, nutrition, exercise equipment, fitness wear, life extension, and more! For the 7th year of our Expo we are going all out with a roster of special bodybuilding/fitness celebrities for attendees to meet and learn from.

On a serious note, I figure about 30-40 thousand people, but nah... Jay Cutler (current Mr. Olympia) and others arent really important. It is gearing also to be more MMA, but we shall see...
Only regret is that there is no pro bodybuilding contest here, I will truly miss it this year.

When you're there, be sure to check out "Fitness Workx" dropping kettle bells on their feet doing their kettle bell "demonstrations". They just learned to use them a couple of weeks ago and they're experts ::)

There's nothing to eat around that area at lunch and dinner time that's affordable. The Pantry and that Italian place are just too expensive. Other than at that, you have to go downtown.

I tried it last year. Because they weighed me in at 220 with clothing I had to curl 55 lbs a day after doing arms. Burned like hell...but I ego made me do it. I recieved a FREE PASS yesterday in the mail so I might as well go.
