I do. i have beef once a day, although somedays not at all. egg whites same as beef. casein/whey from milk same as egg white and beef. but chicken is 75% of all my meals.
how many else are like this

my 2 meals at work are 2 chicken breasts with either wholemeal pasta, cous cous, basmati rice or sweet pots..
along with eggs when i get in, 2 tins of tuna, fish or steak and a couple of protein drinks and bannas chucked in for good measure,, more or less everyday

BOMZ, good luck on this diet. What is your goal and do you plan to keep us informed on how it progresses?
It's always interesting to hear how successful an individual's diet turns our and how long it takes to reach a goal.
If it turns out well, I hope you'll post it here.
One friend of mine still eats canned tuna with all the oil/water removed so that the tuna is somewhat like saw-dust, honey, pee pollen and peanut butter, plus a couple of high grade joints a day. No pasta, no bread, no milk, no cheese, no eggs, no beef, no cup cakes nor ice cream.
He's been doing this for many years and is ultra ripped and looks like he was chrome plated and he never feels like he is missing any comfort foods at all.
He's great to invite to fancy expensive restaurants because he never orders anything unless tuna is on the menu. He's usually content with a cold glass of water.

i had a big piece of carver ice cream cake at my neice's birthday party today. it rocked. i can still burp and taste it.
oh, with 3 slices of the new domino's pizza... they really did improve the cheese and crust a lot.
oh and real coke. haven't had non-diet soda in forever. it's so good.

I eat don't eat much during the day and then binge at night on cakes and chocolate.

Yep. I travel 4-5 days a week so I have become reliant on canned chicken breast. It's not the tastiest thing but it's doable with a little hot sauce.

I don't even touch chicken cuz it's offseason. Tiny fellow like me needs fat and calories found in beef. My 2 cents.

I usually have chicken every day but really only once a day - usually for lunch. After training I always have a whey protein shake and then about an hour or so after that I eat steak.

I only rely on eggwhites (i drink once in the morning THATS IT) the rest of the day i eat and drink watever the fuck I want.. Made the best gains eating all you can eat diet..
Sometimes i ate once a day sometimes 5 times a day i still grew...
BUT I do rely on ephedrine, testosterone, dianabol thats my secret (i use more but i prefer not to discuss cause im selfish this way)
you live once fuck this diet bullshit I look better than 90% of the people..

i figured there would be others who rely on chicken. its a low fat cheap protein that is palateable enough to be eaten several times a day.
any good chicken recipes? normally i either bake it for about 25 mins at 500 degrees from frozen and pour some spices on top. or i will microwave defrost it then slice it up then put it in a pan and pan fry it with spicess

i eat 1 (5 serving) can of white meat chicken everyday...several whey shakes...1 casien shake.....and whatever the hell else i am hungry for...

I just eat it plain, throw it in the oven with some salt and mrs.dash on it.......thats it. Nothing too crazy at all.

Chicken's biological value is lower than eggs or whey. I wouldn't base a diet mostly on chicken breasts, not to mention they're pricey.

i stopped eating red meat and chicken...and my skin has been so clear-and i feel better...more energy, overallbetter feeling
now i just eat whole eggs, egg whites sometimes, turkey breast, and salmon/sardines, and protein powder

i keep my shit basic as well. just plain, with some spices. staples are granulated garlic, ground cumin, cayenne pepper, fresh ground black peppercorn... when its done i like frsh ground medeteranean sea salt

I used to have like 3-4 baked chicken breasts everyday when I subscribed to the bodybuilding magazine diets. I was a fucking tiny tit too. I needed a Big Mac every other day, not fucking chicken. Only time when dieting matters is when you start tightening up in the single digit bf range. Even then, eating liberally (still relatively clean but not bodybuilding-anal-clean) will only blur your definition marginally. Eat comfortably and diet if you're fat or needing to trim some fat.
Just ate a fat bowl of pho with extra tendon, tripe and beef!!! 8)

I would settle for being 220-225 at about 10% year-round. I'm also 5-10, but like a guy who knows where the gym is, but who doesn't do much there. :-\ (no d-bol)
Hey guys - what's the biggest, baddest electric grill with removable plates? Mine can only do 4 at a time and I'm lazy as fuck. Oh, maybe I should just bake the chicken more often.

Cupboards full of Frootloops, M&Ms, Pop Tarts, Twinks (I mean Twinkies) Mac and Cheese, soda... sure they ad protein shakes and beef (probably CJ beef)--

no no dont only eat chicken.. chicken can be good but god sake dont eat only dry chicken and rice,, always try to eat food you like never limit yourself specially if on drugs and you need calories

barely ever. Protein for an average day comes from whole milk, kebab meat, burgers and if it is chicken, I make it thighs. Chicken breast is acceptable baked with some best butter.

i could eat chicken every meal everyday. i dont get sick of it. id rather have steak, but its more expensive and higher in fat. sure its not optimal to have such an abundance of one protein source in my diet, but its not going to effect my progress in any noticeable way. at the end of the day protein is protein, what matters more is the androgens, peptide hormones, prostaglandins, ect that are in yoru body...which are a result of either A) training hard, B)using bbing drugs, C) combination of both

i eat alot of chicken now for protein because its easier on my gastric system
i used to do the egg and milk protein thing but my wive made me stop b/c my farts smelled so bad! :D
sometimes i eat as much as 25oz of chicken in a day even!
tuna is even worse on gas tho i try to sneak a little in when my wive isnt working b/c its so cheap and delicious sometimes i even toss the tuna with a little mayo :D

do you mean "what you eat" because how much you eat is very much a concern and the macronutrient ratios can also make a difference from my personal experience diet is a major concern UNFORTUNATELY.. in fact its the only way for me to progress at this point... input/output of calories... io...
